Core Conditioning with JR - Core Conditioning focuses on your entire frame, with an emphasis on the role that your abdominal muscles play in creating a solid core foundation, protecting your back & neck, while allowing development of your glutes, hips, thighs, shoulders & chest. Low to moderate intensity training.
Dynamic Core Conditioning with JR - This class will focus on anti-rotation and anti-extension as you emphasize strengthening your entire frame through your inner core muscles. Dynamic Core Conditioning uses circuit style training to develop a solid core foundation while promoting development of your glutes, hips, thighs, shoulders, and chest. This class is meant to challenge and strengthen you from the very foundation of your body - your core.

Pop Dance Cardio with Nikki - This fitness class combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout. This class focuses on creating a party-like workout environment. Dance is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
Power Yoga with Gillian - This is an energetic practice that is based on the flow of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Attention will be focused on the breath through this vigorous and challenging practice. Restorative poses end the practice. Vinyasa Power Yoga heals, detoxifies, and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention. Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis.
Restorative Yoga with Gillian- Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation and restfulness. Poses are held for longer periods of time with the help of props, such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps, to completely support the body. Restorative yoga is slow paced which helps achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for everyone, restorative yoga is a time to relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released. Come enjoy this peaceful time for YOU.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Gillian or Diana- Vinyasa Flow Yoga (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Class includes creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Suitable for all levels.
