This love for sports led me to earn a Kinesiology Degree from Oregon State University. During my time at Oregon State, I was able to learn under fantastic instructors that led me down the path of personal training. With my degree, I was able to earn my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and have been training since. I work with a vastly diverse population ranging from youth building a movement foundation to athletes training to enhance their performance to functional fitness for all levels. My goal, as a trainer, is to inspire people to become more active whether this means getting up and walking more or coming into the gym and resistance training. When I am not training, I am teaching at OSU or coaching youth basketball. I enjoy spending time and hiking with my two dogs Maki and Ollie, reading, and playing basketball.
