BIOGRAPHY

With nearly 15,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience and a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University, I’ve spent the past decade helping people reshape their bodies, redefine their limits, and elevate their performance.

My background spans a wide range of clients and disciplines. I’ve coached youth athletes learning movement fundamentals, adults returning to fitness after time away, and competitive athletes preparing for collegiate-level performance. As the Head Trainer at Timberhill Athletic Club and a leader in multiple training environments, I’ve built a reputation grounded in consistency, adaptability, and results.

I specialize in body composition and performance training—and the intersection between the two.

I help women build strong, defined physiques, particularly in glute development, using progressive strength training, mobility work, and nutritional strategy tailored to their needs.

I help men build muscle, increase strength, and develop functional athleticism with smart, science-based programming.

I coach athletes to improve speed, power, agility, and movement efficiency, using proven methods from strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement.

My approach is rooted in biomechanics, behavior change, and progressive overload. I believe that sustainable results come from clarity, structure, and execution—paired with consistent accountability and support.
