BIOGRAPHY

With over 15,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience and a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University, I’ve spent the past decade building training systems that produce measurable, repeatable results. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, long-term planning, and execution not trends or shortcuts.

I’ve coached a wide spectrum of individuals, from youth athletes developing foundational movement skills to adults returning to structured training, and competitive athletes preparing for collegiate-level performance. As Head Trainer at Timberhill Athletic Club and G3 Sports & Fitness and a leader across multiple training environments, I’m responsible not just for individual outcomes, but for the standards, systems, and coaching frameworks that support them.

My expertise sits at the intersection of body composition and performance. I specialize in developing strong, defined physiques while improving strength, movement quality, and athletic capacity. This includes guiding women through structured, progressive strength training particularly in lower-body and glute development as well as helping men build muscle, increase strength, and maintain functional athleticism through intelligent, science-based programming.

I also work with athletes to improve speed, power, agility, and movement efficiency, drawing from established principles in strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and performance development.

My approach is rooted in clarity, structure, and accountability. Sustainable progress is not accidental it’s the result of sound programming, consistent execution, and systems that support long-term development. I hold myself to the same standard I expect of the people I coach.

Progress isn’t just the goal. It’s the expectation.
