BIOGRAPHY
Former collegiate athlete and Linfield University Volleyball alum, she brings a high-performance background rooted in both competition and applied sport science. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Data Analytics, giving her a rare combination of on-floor coaching ability and data-driven performance insight.
Originally from Arlington, Washington, her coaching approach reflects a balance of discipline, structure, and intentional progression. She understands what it takes to develop athletes at every stage—from foundational movement patterns to high-level performance—and applies that standard consistently across all clients and teams she works with.
She currently serves as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Oregon State University, working with women’s soccer, women’s rowing, and distance athletes. In this role, she operates within a Division I performance environment, emphasizing precision in programming, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
In addition to her collegiate work, she is actively involved with G3 Sports as both an assistant coach for the 14-2s volleyball team and a contributor to the volleyball academy. Her experience on both the strength and sport coaching sides allows her to bridge the gap between performance training and sport-specific application.
Her coaching is built on structure, accountability, and execution. Whether working with developing athletes or competitive performers, she prioritizes movement quality, progressive overload, and consistency—delivering a system that produces measurable results over time.
