THE FITNESS FLOOR
Our cardio and low impact weight area has everything you need to get faster, shape up, or trim down. We have Precor treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, along with Paramount cabled weight machines to help you get the most out of your workout time.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING STUDIO
Free Weights, Squat Racks, Bench Press. Everything you need for heavy lifting, Olympic lifts, or just a free weight workout. We offer bumper plates and matted floors, on a slab foundation.
THE BATTING CAGES
Open batting cage, with two Atec pitching machines—one set for baseball and one set for softball. Pricing info.
