BIOGRAPHY

I believe that my job as a Personal Trainer is not just to motivate and design exercise programs for my clients, but to be a reliable source of knowledge in a fitness industry where so much conflicting information exists regarding “optimal” diet, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors. Using the knowledge and experience that I gained in pursuit of my degree and subsequent certifications, I design programs that are specifically tailored to my client’s needs and abilities. There is no “best” way to exercise or eat – there is only what works and is sustainable for you as an individual. This idea forms the basis for my approach to creating a program for each new client and makes me excited to meet and work with new people and help them achieve the fitness goals they have always wanted to.
