BIOGRAPHY

Freshman year of high school I took a strength training class to fill a P.E. credit. Being the only freshman in the class, I had to figure out a lot of the fundamentals on my own, but I still loved the class. I took what I had learned and started strength training on my own. I slowly built my knowledge through research, social media, and simply trying new things myself. Not only did weight training change the way I performed in sports, but it also made me more aware of how my body works and how I can keep myself healthy. Becoming a trainer has opened my mind to encouraging others to find sustainable ways to feel healthy like I had found.
